Cutting Instructions

For best cutting results, use saw blades designed to cut sheet metal 1/16”tk. A jigsaw, rotary saw, or band saw can be used.

Drill holes using drill bits designed to cut aluminum. For best results, mark hole locations with a punch to avoid drill walk.

Always wear proper eye, body, and hand protection when working with metal sheets.

Store in a cool and safe place.

Before contacting the metal with any substance including cleaning substances, test a small patch first. Check the test patch after 24 hrs for any adverse reaction to the metal finish.

Metal is shipped with a protective plastic film to protect from damage during transit. Remove protective plastic film after transit.
Wall Mounting Instructions
Option 1: install using a construction adhesive.
Option 2: install using fasteners. Requires drilling holes. Use a drill bit designed to cut aluminum.
CAUTION!
Use care when handling metal edges as they can be sharp to the touch. It is recommended to wear work gloves during handling. Heavier metal pieces can shift unexpectedly during handling and cause cuts.
