Just what I was wanting and Made In USA cooked my hot ham and cheese to perfection in under 2 minutes!
I have tried other sandwich-grilling contraptions, but nothing comes close to producing a grilled sandwich like this maker. I have used mine several times a week in the first month since I bought it.
I love the short handle as I use this all the time on my portable gas stove. It has raised edges on one side so it seals the bread. You have to slowly squeeze it together as it is cutting the edges off the bread. I turn the heat down as low as it will go giving it time to heat the insides and toast the outsides... Yum... Mini pizzas, Ham and cheese, even Italian Sub flavored pudgy pies.
I got this for my dad and when he opened it the first thing he said was "I'm gonna make a ham and cheese sandwich" lol. The next day, he made us ham and cheese sandwiches.
This pie & sandwich maker is awesome! it can create a quick, crunchy, and gooey cheese sandwich in no time. I use it almost every single day ever since I got it.
